I work with a network of advisers as an independent legal and strategic consultant for international clients in both Europe and Africa. I frequently act on the interface between legal requirements and operational concerns and aim to find practice-oriented solutions. Thereby, I often assume the role of a facilitator. In addition, as a board advisor, I advise, moderate and coach a number of supervisory boards of multinational corporations. I also support my clients with regard to the implementation of compliance, governance and ethics requirements in business processes. Furthermore, I provide training for board members (executive education) and am a lecturer and speaker on diversity, leadership and cross-culture management.
