2.      Tax reconciliation: Many high profile companies has faced some issues with the government in the taxation file, in which IPA has solved some of their tax issues such as : cancelling tax laws negatively affecting a sector, waiving undue development fee tax, dealing with appealing tax committee.

3.      Custom duties issues: IPA was able to deal with the custom duties entity in order to facilitate product entry to the market.

4.      Product registration: IPA has a well rooted connections with every affiliated department of the ministry of health, this enabled us to fast track the client’s specific issue in the product registration cycle and successfully expedite the product registration process.

5.      Lobbying Campaigns: IPA led the lobbying campaign of repaying IOCs debts back then, in which IPA acted as an advocate to call for IOCs dues to support their investments in the Egyptian economy.

6.      Expediting/Delaying laws: IPA has the tools and rooted legislative connections to help companies or entities to either expedite or delay laws. It is worth mentioning that, IPA was the driver to expedite the issuance of the regulation executive of the “New Investment Law”.
